-turning off the security sandbox u read online => not better

- update through Help > check version => Not better.

To be honest we have other users complaining about their acrobat PRO software crashing easily, but not as extreme as this.

I've created dump file through taskmanager, we urgently need support with this as we're not paying another license for hardly working software!
we've also asked to adjust our accounts to enterprise accounts so we can use the support-function months ago but heard nothing.

Hi driesb2870,

As per the issue description mentioned above, Acrobat is crashing when trynig to open a file or when scrolling a pdf, Is that correct?

Could you try rebooting the machine once if you haven't already and try launching Acrobat again, does that work?

If not, launch Acrobat as an administrator using the steps given in this link and check- Run an Adobe program as administrator | Windows 7, Vista

If issue still persists, download and run cleaner tool on the machine to uninstall Acrobat: Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs Reboot the machine.

Download and install Acrobat from here: Download Acrobat DC installer for Enterprise term or VIP license

Reboot the machine again and check.

Also, let us know if there is any error message when Acrobat crashes?

Operating system installed on the machine?

Let us know if you need any help.
