Hi!
I know this has been a very common issue around this forum, but I've literally tried every possible solution and it still shows up.

My develop module is completely grey even when I select a picture from the bottom tab.

This is what I've tried so far:

-unchecking the GPU acceleration box

-reinstalling

-disabling my Intel graphic card (my laptop also has a NVIDIA MX 130)

-updating GPU drivers

-unchecking the previews on mouse-over box

and I still have this issue.

I'd be really glad if you guys could help me solve this problem. Thanks in advance!

Are you using a second monitor or is second monitor activated?

What system e.g. Windows/Mac and OS version?

Have you updated for the latest NVIDIA drivers? [sorry just seen you have]

Do you have a Creative Cloud subscription and are you logged in with the CC app? If the answer to any of these two questions is ‘no’, then Lightroom is running in ‘expired’ mode. In that mode the develop and map modules are disabled.
