Land Boundary lines

I do Drone Real Estate video and photography. I do my editing on a Windows 10 system. I am looking for the ability to input land or lot boundary lines into the video and have the software track the lines as the video moves forward. Example: Tracking a shape boundary to highlight a property in an aerial in FCP X - YouTube

Will Adobe Premiere Pro do this for me?

I only have cs6, and don't use AE, but I think you can draw a path now in PPro, and probably make a selection and stroke it. Maybe as a tracking mask or something ? I doubt if it's as simple (dedicated) as your video sample illustrated, but someone here will have a nice solution, I'm sure.

You know what would be really cool ? If you could overlay the plat for land you are shooting. Some cities now have plats available online. Old ones, plus new ones with sub-divisions, and specific properties.

Then, instead of just drawing ambivalent lines on roadways and so on, you can actually show prospective sellers and buyers EXACTLY what is going on around them.

Plus, a plat overlay could be on for like 6-10 seconds, and then go away ( instead of tracking through your whole shot ), and users could just pause the video to examine the survey info.

Thank you for this!!  I have spent alot of time trying to find this.  I was hoping to find how to have the outline drawing around the property as the flyover is occurring but it seems that is accomplished using specific plugins for other software.  Bottom line is your method works!!  thanks.
