Hi,

I had an older version of Lightroom that I paid for outright (rather than CC monthly) installed on my mac. It recently died and I am using a new computer. I understand that I should be able to install on another computer - as it is 2 per account, but can't figure out how to do it and can't seem to get to the chat support. Does anyone know?

Thank you!

A broke Adobe user who can NOT afford to pay again.

What version are you trying to install? Do you have an Adobe ID? If yes, you can access your transaction history and download the version you bought. You may have to contact Adobe in order to do this.

You need to state what EXACT version of LR you are trying to install and on what EXACT OS and Version of that OS.

If it is a Mac and you are running Mojave then I think your only option is to buy a subscription to the Photography plan.

To find out what OS is needed, or what OS you CAN'T use for your version of LR do a Google search for "What OS will LR X ( where X is Your LR  version number, 3, 4, 5, 6) work on.
