Premiere CC crashes on launch

Hello, I need some help here. I am working on a VR/360 project on Premiere Pro CC 2019 and just installed the Insta pro 2 extension in order to speed up my workflow. Sadly the opposite has happened as now premiere crashes upon launch. I have deleted the extension, have downgraded to 2018 and 2017, have used the cleaner tool, have uninstalled and reinstalled premiere, but the same problem still occurs. I am currently unable to launch Premiere.

Anyone know how to procede here?
