I finally got Acrobat Pro downloaded a week ago. Today I was finally able to get the program installed on my PC after several tries over the week. After installation I opened the program and the window stayed open for split second then closed. Has anyone run into this? This is very frustrating to say the least after paying almost $200 for a program that you can't get support on with Microsoft or Adobe. They each blame each other.

Which  version of Acrobat Pro did you buy? Was it subscription or "perpetual" license? What version of Windows do you have?

Is there any error message you are getting when Acrobat crashes?

What is the dot version of Acrobat running on the machine? You may refer to the steps given in this link on how to check the version in Acrobat: Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

Let us know if you need any help.
