Hi,

This is Sameer from India.

I have been using RoboHelp HTML v x5 (Macromedia version) for developing a manual. I wish to hand the entire RoboHelp HTML project folder to the project team who would look after the documentation in future. They have installed RoboHelp 7.0 (Adobe version). When they open my project using the v7.0 tool that they have installed, they are not able to see TOC tab in the left-hand user area without which they will not be able to update the manual. Also, they are not able to view the feature comprising left, right, up and down arrows to move the topics in the respective directions in order to work on the TOC. Can anybody please help us out in this regard? What could be the possible solution, settings to be able to view these features in the newly installed RoboHelp?

We will be highly obliged to get any help concerning this problem.

Thanks & regards,
Sameer

Hi Sameer

Try this. Click View > Pods > Project manager.
In the Project Manager pod you should see the Table of Contents pseudo folder. Expand it, then double-click the TOC for the project. The TOC editor should open in a different pod.

Cheers... Rick
