When creating an alternative layout, no copies of object styles are created.

Paragraph and text styles are created, but object styles are not.

Does this all happen?

Hi there,

InDesign does not have this feature yet, however, I would request if you can share a feature request here: Adobe InDesign Feedback.

This is the best way of communicating with the Engineering and Product Management teams regarding issues and suggestions so they can be implemented in future releases.
