Video thumbnail showing in source but only audio playback

Hello, ive just installed cc 2019, but when I open my clip in the source window only the audio will play. There is an image there, just the preview image, but the footage doesn't play, i can only hear sound?

What is your system spec and graphic card?

What codec does your video have? Remember that Premiere Pro stopped supporting the QuickTime 7 legacy codecs.
