Lightroom catalog corrupted and won't repair

Hi, hoping that someone can help.  I recently had my hard drive where my catalog and my backups were stored completely crash (yes I know it's bad practice to have these both in the same place, lesson learned).  I was able to recover the files from the drive but when I attempt to open them I get an error dialog that says the catalog is corrupted and can not be opened.  I've attempted to use Lightroom to repair but no success.  Is there anything that can be done?

Depending on how much corruption of the file exists, you may or may not be able to fix it. See if this helps: Corrupted catalog
