How to add mask on top of TV during presentation

I have a person on camera giving a presentation.  There's an HD TV next to him and it's completely white.  I'd like to create a mask and put the slide over the white screen and then if the camera moves a little bit, track it.  The footage is on a tripod so it does not move much - just a little pan here and there.

I tried drawing the mask with the pen tool in PP but I'm stumped with how to actually get the mask to fill the slide. Any help is appreciated thank you.

Put the image you want to appear in the hole cut by the mask on V1.

Put the shot with the tv on V2, above the image you want to appear in the hole cut by the mask.

Once you cut the hole, click on the image on V1 to select it, then go the Effect Controls Panel and adjust the scale and position of the image to fit inside the hole being cut on V2.
