How to open premiere pro

Hi,

I installed today adobe creative cloud and trail version of premiere pro for 1 week. But when I'm trying to open premiere pro I have an issue and program is still closing.

I have Windows 7, x64 bit. I'm copying the issue number

Name of the module with issue: ntdll.dll
