Je ne peux plus ouvrir mes fichiers pdf. Voici le message d'erreur :

Sorry for the trouble caused.

As the application crashing when you try to open the PDF, try the troubleshooting steps mentioned here Resolve Acrobat DC intermittent crashes on Windows.

If that does not help, try the cleaner tool to remove the Acrobat from your machine.

Take help of the steps mentioned here Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems

It will remove the application from your system.

Then reboot the device once and re-install the application from your CC application.

If the issue still occurs, please share the crash logs of the application using Acrobat and Reader process monitor tool Download Acrobat and Reader Process Monitor Tool - Adobe Labs

Also, share the details as asked below:

- Application version

- OS version on the machine

- Do you experience this behavior with every PDF you try to open in Acrobat?

- Are you able to open the Acrobat application directly by clicking on the Acrobat Acrobat DC icon on the desktop?
