I am trying to download photos of my facebook page and Adobe reader keeps showing this message

Adobe Acrobat Reader could not open - 47680214.......(3).jpg because it is either not supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded)

This message also appears if I scan paperwork from my printer to my PC.  It will save in Adobe but then I can't open it as it shows the same message :9

Can someone please help me.

Hold down Shift and right-click any JPG file and then select Open With - Choose default program... Then select the program you want to use, and make sure to tick the box at the bottom of the window to always open that file type with this application, and you should be good to go.
