Adobe CS6 Activation Issues

Good Morning,

We are having some issues in one of our design suites where all of the PC's were initially signed in and the product key was entered for our organisation upon first set-up. The users were able to use the software hassle free for a good period but very recently it is asking for them all to be signed in again (with some asking for the product key alongside and some not) and a good proportion are asking to sign in for a trial of Adobe CS6 Master Collection. We didn't install the trial version, we installed the full version with the full version product key .

Can someone point us in the right direction to get this resolved? Obviously this is slightly frustrating when teachers are trying to teach classes which use that software!
