If the photos are already in the Organizer you can select them and create an album.

Folders are created in the computer OS e.g. using Finder on Mac or Explorer on Windows. Photos can then be imported provided they are not already in Organizer.

Right click on the Desktop

Go to New>folder. You now have an empty folder ready to receive your file(s).

. . . it is also possible to create a new folder in the Organizer.   Right-click on a drive or folder in the Tree View of the Folder Panel.
