My Gif is wierd

So I made a gif which I wanted to use for my follower widget for streamlabs:

And its working fine but the only problem is when I put it in, its creating some wierd white flimer thing and I dont know why. Its making the white stuff around the box and around the text when it is disappearing. Can someone please help

I made it in a program called OvrStream and I made it a gif in Photoshop.

The P has a white border or stroke  which you do not see on the lef and top  when displayed on a white background on this web site. You do see it on it own dark background. Your see none of it while the P is panned into view on the white background.  White on White.

Not sure why it's doing it exactly, but you can see that it is actually your text appearing for a frame or 2. Looks like your animation timing is a little off with the masks appearing and so forth.

When you have it open in Photoshop are you able to find those specific frames? You can put a black background to find them easier. It looks like you have some white elements that should be removed from specific frames.
