Presets error message

I have been trying to move my presets over from lighroom cc over to classic lighroom cc for over a week, I have tried everything suggested on the forums in order to do so: nothing has worked. Can someone please help. Thank you.

First off we need clarity

By Lightroom CC are you refering to Lightroom version 6? (Actually would this not be Lightroom CS?)

or are you referring to the newer Lightroom CC that is the current version for mobil devices?
