Error MP4 4K en Premiere

Bueno, el problema básicamente, como dice el titulo es que el Premiere me abre los archivos en MP4 4K filmados con una GoPro con error, es un vídeo que dura 7 minutos y me abre como si fuera un vídeo de 3 minutos, el vídeo esta acelerado y el audio completamente desfasado, probé con varias versiones, probé instalando Quick Time, actualizando controladores de vídeo y el problema se repite, aclaro que el vídeo fuera de Adobe se ve perfecto.

Intente convertirlo en el Encoder, pero me abre con la misma falla.

Tengo Windows 10 de 64 bits

Mother Gigabyte

Procesador Intel I5

Placa de video NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 960 2 GB

16 GB de ram

Disco SSD Hyperx de 240 GB

Disco rígido WD BLUE de 500 GB.

Todos los drivers y controladores actualizados.

Agradezco cualquier ayuda que me puedan brindar.

Hice lo indicado y el problema continúa.. Me parece que es un problema de vídeo, no de audio, ya que el vídeo sale acelerado..

Pareciera que no se puede utilizar MP4 en Premiere, voy a tener que buscar otro programa.

Most of us use mp4 all the time ... without troubles. So a bit more trouble shooting would be a good thing. Ann's suggestions in the audio hardware settings are actually a good first point to start this, as strange as it may seem.

How are you bringing the files into PrPro?

If you aren't I would suggest trying this:

  • -create a new project
  • -make sure the files are on an installed drive (not a camera card)
  • -go to the PrPro's Media browser panel, navigate to the video files on disc and select them ... "import"
  • -then from the Project panel place one on a blank sequence and see how it does.

Often times people bring in files by drag/drop from Explorer/Finder, which isn't always a good way to bring in files.

Hola, gracias por la respuesta. Lo intente y sigo con el mismo problema. El problema es que ya me toma el vídeo mal antes de importarlo, me aparece que dura ese 3:56 el vídeo, cuando en realidad dura 07:52.
