Le message s'affiche parfois en anglais "^1 could not find any capable video play modules. please update your video display drivers and start again"

Merci d'avance

Cordialement,

Michaël

Hello,

I have the same issue with 13.0.2

13.0.1 loads just fine.

It is not a graphics driver issue! Everything is up-to-date.

I haven't tried the 'system configuration' yet - (I read this on other forums as a suggestion...) but it seems that this problem has been around for a while...I have tried ALL other methods mentioned in the link yesterday...

My solution is just to use 13.0.1!

Hi Michael,

Sorry for the launch issue. Just for a test, create a new administrator account in OS, login to it and check if the issue persists.

Thanks,

Vidya

I did create an Administrator Account (with even more rights than my normal Account) and still had the same issue.

First I had the same Problem as this guy here:

Green and Pink Video in Premiere Pro 12.0.1 (Build 69)

So I followed the Instructions and installed an older Driver for one of my Graphic Boards, which didn't worked out. So I reinstalled the newes driver (for both of my Graphicboards). Scince then I can't open neither PremierePro nor AfterEffects.

My Data is:

Win10 64BIt

GraphicBoards:

Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630

driverversion: 23.20.16.4974

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 with Max-Q Design

driverversion: 24.21.13.9836

Please solve this Problem! Its not possible, that I got the nearly latest shit, but cant use your Applications!

Thanks.

Hello, I created another administrator account as you advised me. But the problem persists.

What should I do ? I continue to pay for software that is unusable. Thank you for your reply.

Hi MichaelG

I am sorry your Premiere is failing you. Will you please look at this link and see if these solutions work?

Error "Premiere Pro could not find any capable video play modules" | Startup

If this does not work, will you tell me if you have a Mac or a PC? Do you have any third party plug-ins?

Let me know! I'm happy to help.

Bonjour,

Parfait, merci.
