'tis not an Adobe password you need, but rather your operating system password.

When you say you need to type in the operating system password im confused? do you mean the password I use to sign on to my computer? I tryed that and it still says wrong password.

Flash Player doesn't require a password to log in.  It is the operating system that is prompting for the password, and,thus would be the password used to log into the system.  See What userid & password do I need to install Flash Player? for assistance.
