Having the same issues since the update - using Photoshop and Premiere.:
I'm using Windows 10 Pro 64 bit. NVIDIA Geforce GTX 950. 32gb ram. SSD

Sorry to hear about slow performance and crashing with Photoshop, let us help make this right.
Could you please let us know when does Photoshop crash? Does it crash while using a specific feature or tool?
Also, do you get any error messages?
Could you please check if there are any pending Windows update?
You may also try deselecting "Use Graphics Processor" located in Photoshop's Preferences > Performance, then relaunch Photoshop and let us know if it helps
