Sorry for the issue with the shortcut. What are the exact version numbers of both the apps: FAQ: How to find the exact version of Premiere Pro you're using?

Have you tried the same function using menu bar > Edit > Edit Original? Is it working?

I am not able to recreate the same issue in my machine.
