I posted a question and then this person contacted me directly posing as working for Adobe. I got suspicious after he asked for the serial number.
You’re right. Abobe does not ask for serials like that. Adobe staff here on the fora has a STAFF bedge (like my ACP) badge and they have the Adobe logo near right to the name. I will report the scammer.

What you posted looks like a PM (Private Message) discussion... but without the scammer's ID showing
You need to post the scammer's Adobe ID here for a report to be made

If someone offers to "help" you via Skype, report them here... with their ID as in message 3 above
