All folders gone

To my surprise all my folders in files are gone and replaced by the label OCTET, there's no content. What's happening?

Check you are logged in with your own Adobe ID, maybe Material Icons is someone else's one and only file.

Also be sure you aren't just looking at the RECENT list. Click SHOW ALL FILES if you are.
