I try to use Puppet Warp but the 'mesh' does not appear. What can I do please?

Have you tried resetting Photoshop tools.  If that doe not fix your Problem try resetting your Photoshop Preferences.  All you should need to do to get the mesh is target the late you want to warp and use menu edit>Puppet Warp. Show mesh checked in tool option bar.
