The three parts are not equal now. I used pen tool to make four line. But it is not equal. How can I make the three parts equal, man.
make an art brush with your three colours, and apply that to a single stroke following the shape that you need, then use the width tool, along the length of your stroke to make it wider and narrower and pointed at the end, this will ensure that you 3 strips (in the brush) remain the same width.
I have attached an .ai file with a brush and stroke, roughly following your design, so you can see if that works in the way that you need.
Good luck.

Here's another method:
1. Take the stroked outline of the swoosh and divide it into two separate, open paths by cutting with the Scissors Tool where they meet inside the spiral and by selecting and deleting the line segment that connects the two lateral boundaries of the swoosh. Make sure the two paths have an equal number of anchor points. Or redraw the two sides to control the number of anchor points. I drew one side, then copied and moved it to the other side and moved anchor points and handles until the path matched the second side of the swoosh.
2. Make a Blend of the two paths; set the Blend Options to Specified Steps, and the number to 2.
3. Expand the blend, and draw a line segment to cover the gap at the ends of the four paths.
4. Select all, and with the Shape Builder Tool join the parts that will appear to be on top, and click in each segment of the paths on the right.
5. Ungroup, and apply a fill color to everything.
6. Select each area and change the fill color as you wish. Remove the stroke.

Why not draw one line down the middle and use the Width tool to create the variation. Then duplicate the Line Attribute twice and double the line weight each time?
In my example I drew the edge and worked in one direction. It would be better to work from the center because each line would fully hide the previous.

Ray, It might depend on how you want the intersection to look, whether it's a merger or an overlap.
Edit: Oh. that's probably what your last sentence was about. Sorry. Must be past my bedtime.

Actually, I just meant I drew the line from one edge and edited the Width to only one side. It would have been easier and cleaner to create a line down the center of the full width and let the variable width line be centered.
I agree, using this method one may need to expand/divide it for final art.
