Hello, I made a post yesterday about not being able to access my newly purchased Apps. Whenever I go into my Creative cloud desktop app I get a "Can't Download" error. I have tried every option in hope to fix it but, I have had no luck. Whenever I try to view my apps through my Adobe account, It says "505 Error", I have tried contacting adobe many times, today and yesterday. I have had no response or any help. I am very frustrated that I cannot get in contact with them.
Hopefully someone can help me.
