Video cannot play in preview and source

i have Adope premiere cc 2019 the last version and i have problem with video preview and i can't fix this  problem is , i can't watch my project in preview.  how i can fix it

My advice is to complete the project in CC 2018. Then, begin any new projects in CC 2019. Would that be OK? The reason: sometimes projects that are updated from one version to the next can exhibit unexpected behavior.
