I have tried and failed to open this program at least 30 times since last time. I receive a crash report like this error.JPG

I have a final project due in less than 2 weeks that has to be done in this program.

I've gone through all of these. I uninstalled PP and now I can't reinstall it because Creative Cloud can't reach the servers. I have gone through all the suggestions on that question, as well. Don't know what to do, but thanks for your suggestion.

Well, you'll have to solve the Internet issue as a first step, I think.  Premiere Pro needs that access to function.
