I have tried and failed to open this program at least 30 times since last time. I receive a crash report like this
I have a final project due in less than 2 weeks that has to be done in this program.

Sorry for the trouble. Are you logged into the machine as an Administrator?
Have you tried running the program as an Administrator? Run an Adobe program as administrator | Windows 7, Vista

I've gone through all of these. I uninstalled PP and now I can't reinstall it because Creative Cloud can't reach the servers. I have gone through all the suggestions on that question, as well. Don't know what to do, but thanks for your suggestion.

Well, you'll have to solve the Internet issue as a first step, I think. Premiere Pro needs that access to function.
