when i try to attach a proxy to a video that has a proxy for itself. premiere justs won't let me do anything and it makes a sound every time i click in premiere, like an invisible window. i tried reinstalling premiere, restarted my pc, even reinstalling adobe cloud. but it still won't let me attach proxies. please help. i am using premiere pro cc 2019
