indesign download not opening - lost in computer

I purchased indesign for a month but I can't find the program on my computer. On creative cloud it says it is being updated and/or updated but it won't open. Where can I find my indesign? It's very urgent. Thank you.

Hi there,

If you are on a windows system, please press Windows key for start menu and Type InDesign 2019 and double click to open.

On Mac Go to Finder > Applications and double click InDesign CC 2019
