Timecode, Apple ProRes 422 HQ, Linear PCM

Hallo,

Ich habe eine Aufnahme mit dem Codec: Timecode, Apple ProRes 422 HQ, Linear PCM

Ich schneide auf mein Mac Book mit Premiere. Ich kann diese Datei importieren aber es läuft nicht flüssig oder gar nicht. Genauer gesagt. 2 Sekunden startet das Video und dann fällt der Ton weg und dann bleibt das Bild stehen.

Will ich es exportieren dauert es über 80 Stunden. Irgendetwas funktioniert nicht richtig.

Mit dem QuickTime Player kann ich es abspielen. Läuft auch alles flüssig.

Auf Windows funktioniert es in Premiere, flüssig und alles reibungslos.

Meine Daten vom MacBook.

16 GB 2400 MHz DDR4

Radeon Pro 555X 4096 MB

Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB

Sorry to hear that you are facing this issue. Please try to clean the Premiere Pro cache and check if it is helping.

Also, the playback performance in Premiere Pro would be dependent on several factors like the complexity of the project, the type of effects used in the timeline, the Renderer mode selected and the hardware capabilities. If you are facing playback issues you may try these steps.

• Check if the Renderer is set as Mercury Playback Engine GPU Acceleration(FAQ: How to change the Video Renderer in Premiere Pro? ).
• Check the color of the render bar(Red, yellow, and green render bars and what they mean | Adobe Blog ). Usually, if you have a red colored render bar, it's an indication that the system is not able to process the frames in real-time.
• You may reduce the playback resolution by doing a right click on the Program monitor > Playback Resolution and setting a lower value like 1/2 or 1/4. This may result in better playback as it will reduce the processing load on the system.
• If you are still not getting an acceptable playback then you may try using the Proxy workflow (Work offline using proxy media | )
