Dear community
I am a novice at this- indeed, even less than novice.
i record surgical videos for future review. One of the challenges is that there are times when surgeon looks away from operative field at which point the video needs to be edited out.
The common feature of these unwanted scenes is that the surgical drapes are all blue and hence, you can fairly easily detect this.
Does Sensei have capacity to do something like this-automatically identity such scenes which you can then delete.
If not, is there a way to partner with Adobe folks to develop this?
Thank you!

There is no such feature within Premiere.
You need to do this manually: it is called editing.
If you want do develop a plugin or whatever:

There are AI options to remove unwanted segments and auto-edit sections. It also provides performance analytics. Its a hit-and-miss area which is premature. Perform a google search.
Premiere Pro cannot help there. It has to be manually edited unless your video is extremely well standardised. This is usually a difficult task unless it is a laparoscopic procedure where camera out and camera in sections can be edited out with bespoke filters (tricky but potentially possible as scene changes)
