Hi,

I have been using adobe for some time now and I am used to having Premiere Pro crash on me once in a while, but after an update to other Adobe apps today it seems that my Lightroom and Premiere Pro crash and don't respond when I try to import files into them.

I have tried uninstalling, restating and then reinstalling with no success.

Is anyone else having the same problem? and can someone help me?

Thanks
