Premiere Pro est une arnaque ?

Bonjour, je m'explique :

J'ai acheté un fichier .mogrt sur adobe stock, sauf que je ne peux pas l'ouvrir avec Premiere Pro, je ne sais pas pourquoi mais ça me dit qu'une erreur est survenue, ou une connerie du genre... Alors j'ai bien recherché et suivis des tutos pour essayer de régler le problème rien ne fonctionne. Jusqu'au moment où j'ai vu que le fichier .mogrt en question était fait pour la version 1.3 de Premiere Pro et que nous sommes en 1.4 si je ne m'abuse, sauf qu'il est impossible de changer sa version du logiciel (en tout cas en version d'essai). Donc en gros, j'ai un fichier .mogrt à 23€ inutile car impossible à ouvrir et ma version d'essai de Premiere Pro est arrivée à expiration.

Franchement je ne sais pas quoi faire à part contacter le support. Quelqu'un a-t-il eu le même problème ?

The file works but i think you have a different issue.

Start with resetting work area.

Top menu: Window > Workspaces > Reset to saved layout.

You can't use the Mogrt unless you have Premiere Pro.
