Nothing Shows Up On Source & Preview - Not Even Black Screen

Hi All,

I just built a new PC and installed Premiere Pro CC, but nothing will show up including a black screen when I try to edit my clips including the example ones they provided. I tried changing my renderer settings from Mercury Playback Engine GPU Acceleration to Mercury Playback Engine Software Only and I'm still getting the same result.

My new graphics card is also an ASUS ROG RTX 2070 - is there possibly a compatibility issue with this graphics card?

Let me know if anyone has a solution to this.

Thanks!

Nathan

Make sure you have the latest nvidia driver installed.

Could try trashing preferences:

FAQ: How to reset (trash) preferences.

and/or

reset workspace or try other workspace.

What are your pc specs?
