Hyperlink to file not working

In Robohelp 6 when I wanted to link to a PDF I would import the PDF into Baggage Files, set up the link, generate the project and when you clicked the link the PDF would pop up.

Not so in Robohelp 7.....I perform the same steps and when I generate the project and click the link absolutely nothing happens.....

Please help....
