DSC files without sound

I can't find the information about this problem. When I upload a DSC video file, adobe premiere doesn't upload sound. Is there a way to fix it?

Premiere does not support dsc video whatever that is.

Are they not Nikon files? As in MOV's?

Also of the timeline with clip and tracks expanded vertically.

DSC.... is the filename not the type of file.
