Problems importing files, lines, green and pink colors on Premiere pro CC

Hello all, suddenly every file I import and export looks like this , have tried different types of videofiles, they all look ok in vlc and wmp but come out like this in Premiere. any suggestions how to solve it?

Green or purple streaks appear in the Source and Program monitors
