All the video in black and red?

I know how to put a video in black and white. But I want to have a video in red and black.

I do not remember the name of the video that I saw to put it as an example.

But I will leave a photo with the same colors. Basically it is a video only with those 2 colors.

How do I get this with lumetri color?

I know you were specifically asking about Lumetri Color but what about creating a red Color Matte and then overlaying it on top of the video with a Multiply blend mode?
