Problems installing Captivate 3 Fr. Upgrade Version

Hi all,

I have a problem when I install Captivate 3 Fr. Upgrade Version that I downloaded from adobe.
After the extraction of the big file on my desktop, it start automatically. But, when I click on the "next" button, the window close and reapear at the same step...So it stay there and I can't install it...

Does anyone have a tip to help me ?
I want to update from Macromedia Captivate 1 and I never installed an other version between captivate 1 and 3.
My PC has a Celeron 2.5Ghz, 1GB ram and Win XP Home Edition w/ SP2.
