File extension .ACSM won't work with my Acrobat 7

I think the library has these new thing that they are work with. So everytime I download a e-book I get this .acsm file and my computer has no idea what to do with it.

How do I get my Acrobat to work with this file?

I figured that out already but that pretty much sucks because I have professional acrobat with all these cool features and now I have to down grade to this new thing that doesn't even come close to what I had with Acrobat.
