HELP: Licensing Adobe Reader

Dear Sir or Madam,

Our company is developing a new handset that will be able to display PDF files with Adobe Reader.

Our question is:

What is the standard procedure that a hardware developer/manufacturer like us should follow to get the license for enabling our handsets to read/display PDF files?

(No need to edit the PDF files; read-only.)

Annual production quantity in plan ranges from 150k to 300k units.

I cannot answer for Adobe, but I have a question. Does your handset
run an operating system, such as Microsoft Windows XP, for which Adobe
Reader is already available?
