Downloading from ADE

I have downloaded some ebooks on ADE but I would like to put them on an USB key in order to read them on my laptop. How do I do that? Please help me .

You will only be able to read these files on the PC where you
purchased them, so putting them on a USB key won't help!

This is true in DE 1.0 but only partially true in 1.5. WIth 1.5 you can copy them to other computers. But the computer must be activated. BUt activation requires that we be able, for security reasons, to identify the device uniquely. Unfortunately, we cannot identify a thumb drive uniquely. SO, for the moment, at least, we cannot support thumb drives as a "library". We are working on this.
