Cannot find Digital Editions Folder

When I launch I get this error message

"Cannot find Digital Editions folder"

I tried uninstall through Add/Remove Programs (XP) and installed again, but a prefs file someplace must need repaired that doesn't get removed on uninstall.

Can I get some help please?!?

I am having exactly the same issue. Also tried to uninstall and reinstall and it did not work.

Would really appreciate it if someone can help with this problem!!!
