Too many activations error

Due to the problems last week I ended up recreating a new user profile on a PC with Digital edtions on it.
However,When I attempt to activate the product, I get the above message appear.

Can anyone tell me how to fix this.

Contact customer service (http://www.adobe.com/support/contact) and they should be able to reset your activation..

Hi there i'm have problems with  the same error adobe as said that i am ovewr my 20 activations and customer service will have too extend it?

and now it's near impossiable to get in contact with them 4 hours of phone play and a tech that could not do anything?

We have afew products of adobes about 4k worth and to have such problems like this makes us wonder if is worth having them

thanks hope you can shed some light .
