Development for Digital Editions

I'm considering converting my latest project for Digital Editions. I develop content on a computer that isn't Internet enabled. Can I install Digital Editions on this computer to speed content development?

There is currently no way to install ADE on a non-connected machine.

If you can connect long enough to install ADE, then you can launch it and test your content WITHOUT being connected. But to get it installed you'll need to be connected.

That said, there might be an end run around this using this technote:
