Adobe DRM client Error:419 i bought a book but can not open.plz help

Recently i bought an ebook at ebooks.com.i recieve this error ( the ebx file connects to server and after downloading starts authorizing,then gives this error:
Adobe DRM ErrorSystem: 5
State: 4
Class: 400
Code: 19
Message: Error on response from server.
Scroll below or view error.log for more details.Adobe DRM client Error: 419
The voucher for this document has already been fulfilled or the ETD file is no longer valid.
Server Code: 410410 Gone

what should i do ?

Well, I know one way to make this happen is documented in this technote:
"Error "410 Gone" after clicking ETD file (Adobe Digital Editions 1.5)"

If that's not it let me know, and open a web case too (although if it's not what's in that technote you'd probably be better off contacting ebooks)

ya...when i opened the doc first,i had the problem.
it has the same error when i opened it for more than 3 time.
and they did not answer me for allowing to download again.
is there any othe way?

Not that I know of. You'll need to continue to figure out how to get ebooks to re-enable the download. Sorry.

I have bought(downloaded) 7 books at 2 separate times. The first time i did not change my firwall or virus checker. the second time i turned off both but everytime I open Adobe Digital editions I get the following error message

Adobe DRM Error
System: 7
State: 4
Class: 5
Code: 31
Message:

Your Adobe software could not be activated.
HTTP error on Adobe DRM Activator request.
Adobe DRM Activator error.
Client Code: 31 - HTTP Code: 556
Fault location: 5

How do I solve this becuase Waterstones who supply the book and Sony the reader say it is an Adobe server problem

First, try this technote (that http code indicates that there is certainly something on your machine blocking communication with the server..)

I saw your other post.. There was a short period today where parts of our online store system were (unexpectedly) down. I think perhaps that's why you had the error and then a sudden success..
