Hi

I understand this is a known issue. Please help as I need a reset. I called customer service and the tech support and both had no idea what I was talking about even though I directed them to the following link on your website as the number one heading under top issues.

Thanks,
Anit

You called and they couldn't help? That makes no sense (on the support side.. that's where we do these currently). Customer service wouldn't know what you were talking about though.

If you open a support web case we can get you reset. Be sure to provide your AdobeID email address..

To open a Digital Editions 1.5 Technical Support case, please use the contact links at http://www.adobe.com/support/digitaleditions.

Please, I just spent an hour and a half trying to get my activation count reset and no one could help me, either in chat or (3 people) via phone. They ended up telling me to uninstall and create a new Adobe ID, but I cannot do that as my current ID is tied to my Sony Reader.

Also, I could not figure out and no one could tell me how to "open a Digital Editions support case."

If this is a "known issue" than why can't anyone I speak to reset this for me???

Thank you,
Kara
